Yucca Valley MMJ Initiative Polling, Modify Riverside Co. Grow Ord.?
YUCCA VALLEY MEASURE X POLLING FAVORABLE - HELP NEEDED TO PASS
On June 2, voters in Yucca Valley will have an initiative on the ballot that will rescind their current mmj ban and replace it with licensing requirements and regulations. If it passes, Yucca Valley will be the first city in San Bernardino County to allow for the operation of collectives.
In Yucca Valley, Measure X, the Medical Marijuana Dispensary Authorization and Regulation Act, will authorize one medical cannabis dispensary for each 10,000 residents which would allow two to operate. A recent poll found 44% of voters in favor of the initiative, 31% opposed and 25% undecided.

FANTASTIC NEW POLL NUMBERS
New poll numbers were released Tuesday showing the continued majority and growing support for marijuana legalization. This is certainly something to celebrate and there are TWO parties that you can attend that can celebrate the accelerated movement for bringing marijuana prohibition to an end and help put another nail in the coffin of marijuana prohibition.

Cheers and Groan Greet Riverside Co. Cultivation Ordinance
Patients in Riverside County have been waiting on pins and needles as the County has been mulling a cultivation ordinance since the ban originally proposed was set aside after 28 patients at a July 29, 2014 Board of Supervisors meeting convinced the Board that a total ban was not in the best interest of anyone in the county.
Several meetings have been held with patient representatives after the July 28 meeting in which the framework allowing for patient cultivation was developed. After a nine month gestation period, Riverside County released on April 10 the draft of the proposed cultivation ordinance for the unincorporated areas of Riverside County.
