What is MAPP - Marijuana Anti-Prohibition Project?

The mission of the MAPP is to engage the public and our elected officials in an open, informed discussion on marijuana, its safety, its prohibition and methods to remove it from the criminal justice system. As with the end of alcohol prohibition, ending marijuana prohibition would reduce crime, violence and corruption, would give farmers a significant new crop, and could provide government with a large new source of revenue.
